We'll always make it right
Because our workbooks are instant digital downloads, we can't take change-of-mind returns — but if there's ever a problem, just reach out and we'll fix it quickly, with no awkwardness.
Why digital sales are final
Every SheBeyond workbook is delivered instantly as a download, so once it's sent it can't be returned the way a physical item can. For that reason, we don't offer refunds for change of mind.
When we'll absolutely make it right
If something genuinely went wrong — your download didn't arrive, the file won't open, you bought the wrong item, or you were charged twice — email us within 30 days and we'll sort it out fast, with a fix or a refund where it's fair.
